Competitive gymnastics requires multiple hours of training each week, along with determination and focus to learn and improve. Athletes should have strong foundations in basic gymnastics skills, as well as the flexibility and strength needed to progress safely. A positive attitude, coachability, and a willingness to be challenged are also important for success in a competitive program.

Children can begin gymnastics as early as age 2 with our toddler classes, which focus on basic movement, balance, coordination, and fun in a structured environment.
Our Beginner classes are recommended for ages 6 and up, where athletes start learning foundational gymnastics skills and proper technique.
Intermediate and Advanced classes are designed for athletes who already have basic skills and solid technique, as these levels focus on continued progression and skill development.Competition training typically begins at age 5 and up and requires strong foundations, focus, and readiness for increased training hours.

Lower-level compulsory: 4–6 hours per week
Mid- to high-level compulsory: 9–12 hours per week
Xcel team practices: 4–9 hours per week
These hours include skill work, conditioning, and event practice to ensure proper progress, safety, and skill development.

Your child’s first gymnastics class is all about fun, exploration, and building comfort in the gym! Athletes will:

Explore age-appropriate skills on all equipment (floor, bars, beam, etc.)
Learn basic coordination, balance, and body awareness
Practice listening, following directions, and working with classmates
